At Sharlut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a refund and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Condition:

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original Sharlut tag attached.
Each order is entitled to one exchange or one refund.
Request Period:

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
No requests will be accepted after this period.
Non-eligible Products:

Damaged products or items with removed Sharlut tags are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs when exchanging a product.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to offer you a full refund or free replacement based on your preference.
Returning Orders
Do Not Open the Package:
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to open the package while waiting for the courier.
In the case of an exchange or return, another courier will be sent to collect the product.
Sale Period Policy
During sale periods, no products ordered at a discounted price can be exchanged or refunded.
The open package option does not apply to sale items (packages cannot be opened or tried).
